Wish I could give 0*. I sent back an order that was not true to size then never recieved my refund. After numerous emails which have remained unanswered, I'm feeling as though I am going to have to chalk this down to a massive failure trusting a company that promises everything but delivers or in my case refunds nothing... so upset and angry. If you read this @lazy oaf, my order number is 122843. Maybe try responding to your customers.
My parcel got lost and the carrier that Lazy Oaf works with told me to contact them for my money back. I’ve tried contacting Lazy Oaf multiple times about this but nothing happens. I was under the impression this was a trustworthy brand but that fact you can’t get through to them and you lose so much money is ridiculous.

i am very confused why everyone is so upset here because my experience was perfect. the shoes i ordered(lazyoaf x melissa) arrived within a week and fit perfectly. they also look just as in the pictures.
Order number 198049 was returned at my expense - which is against distance selling regulations. My subsequent emails went unanswered despite you having received my return weeks ago so I have been forced to go through a chargeback with my bank just to get the refund you have failed to issue. Far from impressed.
I've had an amazing experience with lazy oaf, they wrote me back as fast as they could (even though they're a small amount of people) and the shoes I ordered are of amazing quality. I even got some stickers :) very nice & unique store
There are lots of bad reviews on here for Lazy Oaf and though I can't comment on those peoples experiences, I can for mine. My experience has been a good one, I ordered a Lazy Oaf X E.T. t-shirt on Sunday and it arrived Wednesday via Royal Mail, there was good communication via email about my order and its delivery status.
A few people on here also seem to not be happy with the quality, stating that the items are made cheaply in places like China and Bangladesh (I would like to point out many companies use these places to manufacture all or part of their goods) - again, I can't comment on all of Lazy Oaf's products as I have only ordered one t-shirt, however the label states it was made in Portugal and feels like very nice quality, the material is soft and even the label detailing is good quality.
The packaging and tags are also recyclable just to comment on people saying the company doesn't care about the environment - they also have a section on their website about their ethics and responsibilities and are working towards being more transparent about their supply chain.
I can see why Lazy Oaf doesn't allow reviews on their website. Their customer service is extremely poor, their sizing is whacked and they clearly don't care about the customer experience. I ordered a pair of trousers from them and cancelled the order 3 hours later. Despite their website stating that all orders can be cancelled before being shipped, I was told that the item was 'due to be shipped soon' and so they couldn't cancel it... which completely goes against what they've advertised online? I received the trousers and returned them (which I obviously I had to pay for myself), it's now been almost a month and I still haven't got my money back. I have no doubt I'll get a return in the end, but they've taken significantly longer than other brands which I sent returns to around the same time.
Lazy Oaf addressed these problems on their Instagram and blamed their poor service on the fact that they have a 'hard working customer service team of 1'. Literally hundreds of orders a day and they've hired ONE person to take care of it all. They're a popular brand, their clothes are extremely overpriced and most of them are made in China- surely they have enough money to hire more people on their team to help out. I genuinely feel so sorry for that one person who has to take care of all of this.
I used to love this brand, but they've gone so downhill lately I can't justify buying from them again. It's poorly managed and clearly all about the money now. If you're looking for good customer service and ethical, good quality clothes- look somewhere else.
I have ordered with Lazy Oaf middle of January and asked them up front if they are prepared to send orders outside the EU due to Brexit. They told me that they cover all costs of duties and VAT and that they can still ship to other countries apart from the UK.
I placed my order and it was shipped already on the next day. Since then it is stuck with ASENDIA (I do not even know this company and I am asking myself why they do not send orders to the EU with DHL Express as any other online shop) saying "waiting fo customer to make payment". It is not possible for me to contact ASENDIA and Lazy Oaf is replying to me slowly that they are in contact about this with their warehouse, but this is already going on for a while. I have the feeling that Lazy Oaf is completly overwhelmed with the fact that the UK is no longer part of the EU and their shipment does not work at all. I am glad I payed with paypal so I can use my customer protection rights through paypal and open a case if this is not improving. But honestly Brexit did not come unexpected. I am severly disappointed and worried about my order and my money. The clothes from Lazy Oaf are really fun and cool, but for me the joy and fun to get these products is already gone.
We are order wrong size and they said on website to cancel the order until the order shipped its possible. Even we cancel the order quickly (less in 30 minutes) lazy oaf send the package 2 dey's after. The wrost costumer service writing us on mail when the package come to refuse to except the product, and delivery company give them back. We do what they said, but no one answered on lazy oaf to give our money back. We waiting 3 month (!!!) until the money come back to us.
Stupidly high prices for the bad quality and boring nature of the clothes. Same old low quality fast fashion, just with a high price.
The quality of clothes v's the cost is just not sustainable. The clothes are made in Bangladesh and China and I question their ethics and ecology. I honestly cannot justify the cost any longer. Their are many other stores selling great designs that charge half the price, are better quality and are eco-friendly. Their designs are also very similar, and nothing really pops out at me - it's just another dress that is the same shape, a different colour, yes but, with almost identical design features. You're seriously better off looking elsewhere. Customer services also needs improvement, you should not be paying for returns! and surely at the price you charge you could use a reliable courier service.

Tried to buy some of the Laura Callaghan collection- weeks later still waiting for the thee items to be shipped out. Don't sell stock you don't have on your site. Appalling.
